Chief Executive Officer / Director

 With over 20 years in executive management roles, Hussain Gani began his career in the securities industry in 1993 as an investment advisor at John Keels  Stockbrokers. 

 Following his time at John Keels Stockbrokers (1993-2006), Gani held an  appointment as Associate Director at Asia Securities (2006-2010), ending his  post at the company as Chief Operating Officer. Following the late 2000’s Gani  served as Chief Executive Officer at TKS Securities (2010-2014), and went  onto lead as Vice President at Softlogic Stockbrokers, the securities division of a leading conglomerate, Softlogic Holdings (2014-2023). 

 Gani received his Masters in International Business from the University of the  West of Scotland, and is Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM)  in the United Kingdom. Today Gani sits as Chief Executive Officer, Director at ACS Capital (2023-Present).  

Chief Operating Officer / Director   

 With over 32 years of experience in the securities industry, Ralph WIjesinghe begun his career at Forbes and Walkers Stockbrokers in 1989. Ralph went onto manage  foreign sales at Asia Securities (1993-2001), the stockbroking division of Asia  Capital. 

Ralph begun operating at the C-suite level in the early 2000’s where he served as  Chief Executive Officer at Investor Access Asia (2001-2010), whilst holding an  appointment as Operations Director at Asia Fort Asset Management (2001-2010).  Between this period, beginning in 2003, Ralph developed a software which  pioneered trading through the introduction of CDAX, an online trading software  introduced to the brokerages houses under the Colombo Stock Exchange. CDAX,  made history in Sri Lanka’s financial sector allowing real-time access to direct online  trading systems.  

Following this period, Ralph went on to serve as Chief Executive Officer at TKS  Securities (2010-2017). Today Ralph holds the post of Chief Operations Officer, Director at ACS Capital (2017-Present). 

Chief Research Officer / Director

 Operating at senior levels in the equities research space over the last  decade, Anjula Nawarathna specializes in the financial analysis of  the banking sector across global markets. Anjula formerly held the  appointment of Head of Research at Softlogic Capital (2017-2020),  the second largest stockbroker under the Colombo Stock Exchange. 

 Anjula obtained her degree specializing in finance from the  University of Colombo and is a member of Chartered Institute of  Management Accountants (CIMA) in the United Kingdom. Alongside her achievements in the field of equity research, Anjula  was commended at the CFA awards 2017 for her report produced on Piramal glass, a company specializing in providing packaging for the pharmaceutical and perfume industries.  

Today Anjula serves as Chief Research Officer at ACS Capital (2020-Present).

Director

Sanjeev is a successful businessman based in UAE, actively involved in the trading and  production of packaging materials and agricultural products. He has extensive  experience in managing projects across a variety of manufacturing business sectors and  owns a diversified real estate portfolio with assets in Dubai, India and Russia.

 Sanjeev has worked at MMTC Ltd, Delhi India, the largest trading public sector  undertaking for exports and imports of agriculture, minerals and metals, as a Deputy  Manager and has been a partner of Nikkei Impex, Delhi.  

Sanjeev is the owner of Sapphire exports Inc. Moscow, Russia and is a major  shareholder of Saphire FZCo, Dubai, engaged in packaging materials, machinery, agro  products, processed foods, and bulk commodities
